Skyview Residence is situated on a hillside overlooking Barcelona, offering spectacular views of the city and Mediterranean beyond. The architectural concept centers around capturing these views from every major space, while creating a sense of privacy and serenity.

The home features a series of cascading volumes that follow the natural contours of the site. Each level is thoughtfully positioned to create outdoor terraces and maximize natural light. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing the breathtaking panorama to become an integral part of the living experience.

Materials were carefully selected to complement the surrounding landscape – locally sourced limestone, warm wood tones, and a palette of neutral colors create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The minimal detailing throughout allows the architecture and views to take center stage.

Sustainable features include a rainwater collection system, solar panels integrated into the roof design, and strategic orientation to minimize heat gain while maximizing natural ventilation. The surrounding landscape design uses native, drought-resistant plants to reduce water usage and maintenance.
